Expansion- PNC move to London Wall to focus on the Banking, Insurance and Financial sectors.
March 1996
Acquisition- An MBO (management buy out) and venture capital injection result in PNC (UK) plc.
September 1997
Revenue- Turnover comfortably passes the £1million mark.
May 1999
Award- PNC wins the coveted Deloitte & Touche Fast 50 Award. There are 25 employees.
May 2000
Award- For the second consecutive year, PNC wins the Deloitte & Touche Fast 50 Award.
September 2000
Profitability- Aggregate pre-tax profits pass the £1million mark.
November 2000
Rating- PNC achieves a 1A1 rating from Dun & Bradstreet.
December 2001
Relocation- PNC opens new headquarters on Moorgate. There are over 40 employees.
June 2003
Milestone- PNC consultants manage the first 'pure Linux' installation in the City.
November 2006
Focus- PNC join the Open Source Movement and move away from proprietary technologies.
September 2009
Milestone- PNC manage our first 100% migration from a datacentre to the Amazon Cloud.
November 2012
Award- Two separate PNC clients win UK Tech awards for innovation and achievement.
June 2016
Focus- All PNC consultants hold at least one recognised qualification in a cloud technology.
